support is so bad that they don't even answer any of your messages, i had to report them to shopify so they can leave a message on my behalf
app is always lagging and support isn't even there

They will delete all of your data if you downgrade ever. Extremely poor experience. Very Dissatisfied.
the app became pathetic after last update works very very slow so i uninstalled and got a mail from fire apps that bug has been fixed so i installed it again but the now review box doesnt show up. i can see my products and imported reviews but no reviews show up at product page.
It was working fine before the new release. Now I see the review bar twice on my products (the old one and a new one also). Also, the display is not as soon as it was. Somebody knows how to fix it?
My product pages become messy after latest update. And no one answers my questions. Come On, please make it good again.
Nothing against the app, except for the loading speed on the product pages. It is slow.

I have always problems with the app now again with a liquid code on the site what the customer can see. It's really a bad app. Customer service is never there. The respond time is about two weeks. My advice dont install the app it makes a mess of your site.
Repeated deductions three times this month
This is NOT a one-click app. It's not even worth the cost of time looking at the free version. If you don't have Oberlo, you have to look up every product on AliExpress yourself. Do you want to do that with every item in your store?
Takes very long time to load the reviews. The customers likely won't see them before they leave. They say that they have 7-day refund policy, but doesn't even reply to my refund request email.
