Good app easy to use, you can customize the theme put it exactly as your page, and there's 3 different formats of reviews, also you can put the language you want, just excellent

I wish there was a direct download of reviews instead of copying and pasting the URL from Aliexpress. Currently copying and pasting takes too much time.

Regarding to your concern, there are 2 ways you can import reviews for ALL products without doing it manually:
1. Using our FREE app, Ali Orders
You can simply use Ali Orders application that has integration with Ali Reviews to import reviews in bulk WITHOUT doing it manually. Please have a look on this instruction article:

2. Using Oberlo Integration function which allows you to import reviews at once, and without a lot of actions and time consuming. Please check the following article for more details:

Awesome product. It is saving me a lot of time. Very helpful to add credibility to your store, xpecially at the beginning
Good but doesn't integrate into my stores reviews so the stars dont show up in the right places, also why do i have to manually enter every single aliexpress URL? Should have been able to take that automatically from orbelo (in a perfect world)
I used this app before to order human hair products for a client and the reviews were a great source of information.
The customer service team is very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I was assisted by Vivian for any issue and she was very patient and kind. Another nice thing is that the dashboard is very user-friendly.
Concerns:
-Can't choose individual names for the reviews. In order to import reviews without using an Ali Express product link, they require you to edit a premade CSV file. This file MUST have names in both males and females for the review, can't be one male and then another female.
- In order to import photos from editing the CSV file, you must go through each indiivdual review you've just imported and add the photos manually.

Moreover, we well-noted your three concerns as the following, and I will bring all them to our Business Development to consider in order to add them in our future releases:
1. Ability to choose individual names for the reviews. We understand that it is troublesome, moreover, for some products that are gender-biased, you may only want to have Female OR Male name.
2. Ability to import photos from editing the CSV file.
