Alia has been a great addition to our website. We've seen a clear increase in conversions on Dukhni in the UK since we started and have now implemented Alia in other geos as well. Cory and Shaan have been fantastic—always supportive, quick to respond, and proactive in helping us plan our next steps to keep improving. The integration was smooth and has really improved our site’s performance. Whenever we need help, a quick email to them gets us fast and effective solutions. We're looking forward to bigger growth through Alia in the days to come.
It's challenging to create and managae a brand that people fall in love with, but so important for standing out amongst the crowd! We love how Alia makes brand education front-and-center on our site, not buried in "About Us" page. Alia has been great for engaging with cold site traffic who might otherwise bounce, and we capture valuable data that helps inform our product development and marketing efforts.
1. I love the product. Making customers "earn" their discount by learning about what makes our brand special is a great idea. We've seen solid adoption from our customers.
2. The team is fantastic. They walked me through how to create the best flows, run tests, and properly position the popups on my website. When I was doing things that went against what they've found are best practice, they even reached out proactively and helped me adjust.
Alia has been great for us! We have a line that benefits a ton from product knowledge and this is such a fun way to do it.
So far my experience with the Alia app and Shaan, the co-founder, has been nothing short of amazing. Shaan's dedication and service to his customers is alone worthy of a 5-star review. Set up was seamless and Shaan's guidance through video call and email have been fantastic. Not only that, the they actually help you set up an initial pop up and lesson campaign for you based on their best practices!
