Coupled with the fact that the platform does not offer enough functionality to justify even the minimal $2 trial fee, this can create a negative impression. For some users, this structure may lead to concerns about transparency and, unfortunately, cause the service to appear less trustworthy.
Moreover, the payment system presents a significant issue. It is problematic that users are unable to remove a payment method without replacing it with another. This setup, combined with the difficulty in deleting accounts, creates a feeling of being locked into the service, and may result in unintended charges. This complexity can further add to customer frustration and erode confidence in the platform.
