AliExpress Alibaba Temu Oberlo

I’ve been using Alibaba & AliExpress Dropship for a while now and it’s been helpful for my store. I mainly use it to find products and suppliers, and there’s a pretty good variety to choose from.

What I like most is that I don’t have to spend a lot of time searching for products on my own. Once you get familiar with the platform, everything becomes much easier.

Overall, it’s been a good experience for me so far.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE $1 TRIAL — Extremely Disappointing Experience

I signed up for AliDrop’s $1 trial, thinking I was simply trying the service for one month. After the trial, however, my card was charged $114.99 every month.

The biggest issue for me is the lack of clear communication about these recurring charges. I did not receive a clear email notification or reminder before these significant payments were taken from my card.

I only discovered the recurring charges after checking my billing history. When I contacted AliDrop and explained the situation, I requested a refund, but they refused to refund the charges.

I understand that subscription services can have automatic renewals, but charging $114.99 repeatedly without what I consider to be an adequate renewal reminder is extremely frustrating.

A $1 trial can easily turn into hundreds of dollars in unexpected charges if you don't carefully monitor your account.

My advice to anyone considering AliDrop: READ THE BILLING TERMS VERY CAREFULLY and monitor your card after the $1 trial.

I am extremely disappointed with both the billing experience and the way my refund request was handled.
