All my queries were answered by their online support team. They have a video about the Step by Step procedure in placing an order but they couldn't provide a written document for it. Otherwise, I am satisfied with their chat service.
Great product, does exactly what is described!
Has everything you need to start importing products. The support videos could answer a few more things up front - the app is simple and the videos are also simple, but I would recommend making all the changes in the Chrome extension before you import. Also, it works better if you don't have another review app installed - it comes with this and imports the reviews from AliExpress, which is an awesome feature. Kind of like using a Mac if you are a Windows user - it's almost so easy you can't do it.
Support was great, took the time to answer my questions right away and fixed all the problems. You cannot beat this app, especially for the price. I tried a more expensive app for a month before I found this one and I don't think there were really any additional features to justify the bigger price tag.

The service is terrible. i have 3 order with the Appreaker, none of them are shipped. At the time i order, the items are not out of stock. But after i placed order, they told me the items are out of stocks. This meant the system is not updated and synced. I have also requested for the refunds many times, but more than a month i still haven't got my money back yet. when i ask they kept telling me that i will get my refund. All i can cay, it is terrible service
We are very sorry about your issue. we process thousands of orders every week. Only very few issues with few suppliers. we are regularly taking strict measures against unreliable suppliers. As per your refund, we already initiated refund at paypal, But it is in "Review by Paypal" state(May be delay because Corona??) Not sure. Hoping they will resolve it as soon as possible.
