It is a great dropshipping tool with faster shipping options, i got my first orders and dropshipman fulfilled it, i hope it will be delivered in time and the costumer support is outstandingly good especially, Glydel so competent and helpful

This app has completely changed its platform recently. There used to be an option to have your order come in from your Shopify store, go to the dropshipman app, place the order yourself and pay for it on aliexpress. This is no longer the case and there was no email sent to their customers explaining this change and when it was going to take place. I do not want an app fulfilling orders for my customers and mistakenly purchasing the wrong products for them. The only option now with this app is to use their fulfillment sourcing which means they find the item that your customer wants, they order it, they have it come to their fulfillment center, and then they turn around and ship it to your customer. This adds more time and delay to the items getting to your customers and I'm sorry, but I am not going to trust anyone else to source products for my store except myself. This is a horrendous change to this app and customers should have been notified. When I reached out to customer support, they asked me not to leave a review until I tried their service. I am not going to try this service. This is not the service that I signed up for when I started using dropshipman. This is a complete change from their original premise.

I had been trying for days to figure out whether or not my product was connected to my site correctly and today I had the pleasure of speaking on the DSM ALIEXPRESS DROPSHIPPING platform with a very kind assistant, in less than 5 seconds she had already answered and resolved every doubt in question. I thought that certain things I couldn't ask anyone and instead it's just a bad idea that we have here in Italy and Europe. This system, this app is vetted, there are ways to check if something has quality or not, there are so many ways to track parcels and communicate with agents and support, and I'm sure over time other people will discover yours too professional platform. I really appreciated Glydel, today's assistance who was very empathetic, fast and professional with me. Thank you because every day I discover a new world thanks to your assistance, links, courses, video tutorials, photos, products.. One of the best experiences of my life in the workplace and today I had the confirmation that what I was saying was true. You are fast and professional. I especially thank Glydel.
