I had a problem with pricing and logging in, and then I ran into a bunch of other issues. As it turned out, I was caught up in some changes to the backend. However, I had the opportunity to work with Angel in support, and I found her to be very pleasant. Even when the issues were beyond her control, she persisted until they were resolved.
