only problem is inventory is not correctly updated due to which all the operations an accounting get very difficult which is the major issue and result is the trust issues and bad image

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We understand that accurate inventory management is crucial for your operations. Our features of importing from AliExpress and Temu help populate your store with product listings, but they don’t guarantee availability.
To check if a product is in stock on Dropshipman, we recommend using our [Sourcing] feature, which can confirm availability directly.

Compared to other apps, some significant functionalities are missing. While the support agent has been great, my original account manager, Kathy, who did well, has left the company. I now have a new manager, but I'm not completely satisfied with the transition. There's considerable room for improvement within the team. I plan to revisit my review once these improvements have been made.

Update: I have been with this app for over 6 months now and I my say I am extremely disappointed. Processing and shipping orders is taking 21-30 days to deliver which is a false statement of them claiming 16 days. Even though customer service is nice, then are not reliable and cannot answer basic questions. I have had to refund 5 orders because they took too long to process orders. This beyond frustrating. During the holidays it's even worse, the warehouse abruptly stops working despite processing orders before their deadline. The only reason why they are still better than Oblero is the customer service. Even though they are not helpful at least you don't have to wait 3 weeks to get intouch with someone.
