I had a problem that went on for a while and found Grace to be excellent! I was at my wits end and Grace helped and answered everything that was an issue and fixed it. I had an order issue, she explained it and it was corrected within minutes!

Grace is excellent and if she represents the company - I am happy to do business with DSM! Grace kept me a satisfied customer. 100% satisfied with the support she gave. A+++++++

They make it easy to do everything even in the free version you can find good products I will be trying out the plus package for sure.

The live support is without a doubt the best thing you could know so far about DropShiping/Ecommerce, the truth is that the lady who helped me has always given me solutions in SECONDS! I don't have to wait hours or days for them to answer an email, if I have a question they send me a guide or they themselves tell me what to do in detail with photos. I would also like to highlight the wonderful support from Sherm and his manager, their troubleshooting skills are amazing! 10/10
