Customer service is amazing! I had many questions and it took them no longer then 5 minutes to reply to me and left me very pleased. I would even say I come back to this app over others because of the insanely fast and effective customer service help. I am new to drop shipping and without the help I received I would be lost. Angel, the lady who has been helping me, has been very kind and patient with me. She does her best to solve and answer all my questions. 5/5 Customer Service.

I'm new to dropshipping and the dropshipman platform. Both of my support specialist, Angel, was a TREMENDOUS help to me! She was very patient and very kind towards me. I haven't had time to really use the app yet, just setting everything up, but I can say I reached out to customer service through the chat and the representative that answered was awesome. She answered every question and was very patient with me even though I had plenty questions, lol. I think she went over and beyond she duties. If your app is as good as your representative, I am sure I won't have any problems.
