I had great experience with their customer assistant Glydel. She responded quickly to my queries. I just hope DSM would have its mobile version for additional convinience.

Very user friendly. Allows splitting the product variants. My only complaint is when it comes to pricing products imported from aliexpress. You can't change the price until after the product is imported.
