Customer service is great support and very pleased with checking after to confirm all issues resolved. The app is making it very easy for me to set up my shopify store and look forward to it being an integral part in the success of my new business

Ava was the one who assisted me. I must say that I was quietly using the application from last few months but Dropshipman team deserves the five stars review. Love their energy as they are always available to assist through live chat, Skype and WhatsApp too.

Listen to me! I was very frustrated and tired. I was not happy at learning some things by trial and error and when I say Sherm and my dedicated Agent, Nicole, helped me out. They turn my unhappy to being grateful.

I was expecting to be disappointed, but they both went the extra mile to assist me and I learned a hard lesson in this. My experience has been outstanding with you Dropshipman, when it comes to me having challenges that I have to work through. Unfortunately, we have to learn some times by making mistakes. Not sure if the import process in documented on the website about importing products with varying different variants into Shopify or not. If not, would be a good suggestion.

Run For your life ---> too late in delivery and unexpected and not-agreed-on Payments and fees.

After using Dropshipman for over 20 orders, an unexpected turn left me astounded. A week after payments were made, an agent named Nicole reached out, explaining a mix-up with their factory and a shipping dilemma that suddenly demanded an extra $50 per order for shipping. This miscommunication on their part meant I was facing an unplanned $1050 additional expense for 21 orders. In over two decades of business, I've never encountered such a blunder. This oversight led to over $1800 in losses for me. Honestly, reconsider if you're thinking about using Dropshipman. It's been a lesson in vigilance and the unforeseen costs of mismanagement.

Never Ever again.

Customer service is great. The agent assigned did not get back to us for like 2 days now but chat option worked and Ruby was able to help.
