Sorry for the inconvenience. There are indeed areas that need improvement regarding the issue you mentioned. Currently, Dropshipman's products do not have videos, but we will consider adding them in the future. As for images and media, there may be differences among different products, but overall, all products are processed and released on the platform by our selection team, so the quality of images and media is guaranteed. Therefore, we would like to know which product you are referring to. If you can, please contact our online customer service or send an email to support@dropshipman.com to let us know your problem.
