Wir haben eine Liste von 60+ Produkten aus dem Outdoor Bereich eingereicht, die wir für unseren Online-Shop brauchen. Am nächsten Tag kam die Nachricht, dass sie keins davon liefern können. Erstens, für die Suche nach diesen Produkten haben wir mehrere Wochen gebraucht. Wenn Dropshipman nur wenige Minuten, Stunden gebraucht hat, um diese Produkte zu finden, dann kann man davon ausgehen, dass sie GAR NICHT erst versucht haben diese Produkte zu finden. Da ist CS Dropshipping wesentlich tüchtiger und hilfreicher als dieser Agent.
Allgemein gibt es wirklich keinen perfekten Lieferanten, der aus China alles aus einer Hand anbieten könnte. Bei CS Dropshipping ist der Kundenservice gut, aber sind nicht in der Lage Großhandelspakete zu versenden, kennen sich nur mit kleinen Dropshipping Paketen aus, Produktbeschreibungen fehlen zum Teil völlig und Fotos sind von niedriger Qualität. Bei den TVCMall ist miserabler Kundenservice, dafür ideale Produktbeschreibungen und professionelle Produktfotos.
Schwierig, deutsche und spanische Lieferanten liefern pünktlich, alles nahezu perfekt, aber die Preise sind nicht konkurrenzfähig :) Man muss auf einen anderen zivilisierteren Planeten umziehen, aber da gibt es schon lange kein Business, weil sie kein Geld mehr nutzen und in einer idealen Gesellschaft leben :-))

This app has completely changed its platform recently. There used to be an option to have your order come in from your Shopify store, go to the dropshipman app, place the order yourself and pay for it on aliexpress. This is no longer the case and there was no email sent to their customers explaining this change and when it was going to take place. I do not want an app fulfilling orders for my customers and mistakenly purchasing the wrong products for them. The only option now with this app is to use their fulfillment sourcing which means they find the item that your customer wants, they order it, they have it come to their fulfillment center, and then they turn around and ship it to your customer. This adds more time and delay to the items getting to your customers and I'm sorry, but I am not going to trust anyone else to source products for my store except myself. This is a horrendous change to this app and customers should have been notified. When I reached out to customer support, they asked me not to leave a review until I tried their service. I am not going to try this service. This is not the service that I signed up for when I started using dropshipman. This is a complete change from their original premise.

Please note that the shipping method ePacket is no longer exists, and it is replaced by AliExpress Standard Shipping. I started using this app over a year ago, when Oberlo first went away. At first I was super happy with it, it did everything I needed it to do and more. Support was also really great. It's important to note that I prefer to do my own fulfillment: I go to the AliExpress website, place the order, pay for it, and then copy the AliExpress order number over to DropshipMan to mark the order "fulfilled".
Then they announced that in May 2023 they were changing the way they fulfill orders. Now they force you to use their in-house sourcing and fulfillment service. I no longer have ANY control over my orders. Now even the orders that are supposed to go to other vendors (i.e., non-AliExpress orders) are stuck in "sourcing". I recently stopped using another dropship service (Eprolo) because they were hijacking every single order that came into my store, even the ones that had nothing to do with AliExpress. All my orders were stuck in "sourcing" status on their app.
They also removed the ability to view the original product once you have it imported into their app, so if you wanted to find your original supplier, you can't... you are FORCED to use their stupid sourcing service. They have completely and utterly screwed me over. I now have to start 100% from scratch sourcing all 1000+ products that I had originally listed in my store. THESE PEOPLE SUCK!
Well....guess which app I'm un-installing today! That's right. This one. Buh-bye DropshipMan. You guys screwed up. And now I have to migrate over 1000 products to their competitor.

This is an updated review. They were amazing for about 2 weeks; and then as the months continued they have gotten worse and worse and now they are messing with my overall business.
NEVER EVER USE DSM.
It is the worst service I've ever used. I went through 3 different agents because they each got lazy and forgot to source or send out my packages!
Please stay away from dsm. But do whatever you like, I warn you to use this platform with great caution. Many people have similar stories to mine and have been scammed.
Right now I am awaiting 15 orders I placed in October to be shipped to my customers now in December.
I warn you, you've been warned. Stay away from this garbage service.

This app wasted 4 month of work for me ! The app has many issues the first slow page loading which makes the navigation experience very bad and add more delay times to open and re open the pages refreshing he pages ..sometimes i wait 3-5 mins sometimes less sometimes more...Another issue is that i have clearly added the shipping cost o the products and yet the App is not adding them ...when contacted the customer service...more than 10 days and yet to figure out where is the problem ......the rest is just outdated bug app...4 months of work gone in the wind...starting over using different App..why this should happen to me !!

Dropshipman's fulfillment service was a complete disaster. Both of my orders were excessively delayed, causing my customers to cancel. Despite paying for faster shipping, Dropshipman failed to meet the deadlines. Their customer service was atrocious, taking three days to respond. I received no refund for the failed orders, compounding my financial losses. Avoid Dropshipman unless you're willing to risk losing money and customers. Their inability to fulfill orders and lack of customer support make them a terrible choice for fulfillment services.

Hello everyone, I'm here to express and to help Shopify stores owners avoid this APP at 1000 % if possible, from End of February I been dealing with lots of customers complaint and returns due to product damage which since to be not inspected from the team in this warehouses. also I'm still waiting for money to be refund to my account from the beginning of March because they did not Fulfill the orders also they are orders from beginning of march that they have created the shipping labels but the products does not move from the carriers due to all this circumstance I'm issuing customers credits and refund on a daily basis. I want to be fair and also let everyone know that I have selected DHL shipping to provide my customers a fast shipping & delivery and even I paid from my own money for this this people do not care and send my products with regular YunExpress for 8-15 days when I select 4-9 days. also I have many many pictures of products shoes missing shoelaces, product damage, wrong sizes wrong items, wrong colors an so on. I wish I can update the picture for evidence. also they owe me lots of money that need to be refund it but they just do not care and have not refund my money for orders from a month ago.

I am dissatisfied, the application does not work as it should. When I try to order, I get the error "order failed" and "address not verified by Aliexpress". Thank you for this integration. My problem is still there and I don't know how to get rid of it.
