I am just about to start using the DSM app. But, so far, it looks interesting, and the customer support was super helpful.

Glydel was swift in understanding my issue and providing the patient guidance for me to fix it. Within seconds of typing my issue in the chat link, Glydel sent a response with a link of how to fix the issue. After showing her screenshots she then patiently directed me to the correct menu.
