Listen to me! I was very frustrated and tired. I was not happy at learning some things by trial and error and when I say Sherm and my dedicated Agent, Nicole, helped me out. They turn my unhappy to being grateful.
I was expecting to be disappointed, but they both went the extra mile to assist me and I learned a hard lesson in this.
