Everytime I try to open the app it takes me to the original page I just pressed install at and the app is basically useless.

There is an error message saying they will fix this, but when I put in my product name it doesn't show up. The message seems to have been posted for over a month and they won't fix the problem.

don't get it every time I click on install App it keeps putting me to the same page that I just clicked on.

The reviews don't show in my store and it lags all the time. The reviews didn't show up and the dashboard lagged a lot.

Judge.me AliExpress Reviews will help you import reviews from AliExpress, whereas to show them, a review app (like Judge.me Product Reviews) is needed.

About the dashboard being lagged, would you mind sharing with us your browser information for us to replicate the issue?

this app used to work great and now does not work anymore. it is a complete pain and a waste of time now. multiple emails to support and no fix yet....

Some IPs seem to be getting different type of URLs some of the time. We are working on a fix.

Import works normally for overwhelming majority of users. Sorry for the issues you are facing.
