The app lacks flexibility for more advanced promotions. For example, if you want to run an either-or promotion where only the best discount applies instead of stacking multiple promos, the app is unable to support this.

The app is amazing with everything I have needed in sales and then some I am still learning exists. The best part about the app is the customer service. They are quick and I feel readily available 24/7 I thought it was AI at first, but I think it's a real person. haha

I wasn’t very familiar with it at first and couldn’t figure out the issue, but after contacting customer support, I received an immediate response. It didn’t affect my website’s promotional campaign at all, which made me feel very reassured. With other plugins I used before, communication could only be done through email, which was very inefficient. With the help of their support team, the discount setup worked smoothly.

We have just installed this app and could not be happier with the results. We did have to contact the support to make sure it was working because the installation was that easy we were not sure it worked. Support was online within seconds and double checked everything for us. They were quick and very knowledgeable. I think this was a great decision.

The app works really well and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Easy to use and stable even during bigger campaigns. The support team responds quickly and is incredibly helpful – they solve everything in no time. Highly recommend!

Great tech support! I had problems adding a tiered discount based on a dynamic collection, contacted their tech support and they quickly resolved my problem (I configured my dynamic collection incorrectly). The app is powerful as it gives me many options to match the discounts to our business model.

Follow up - I had a problem where my developer caused a problem with this app, the AIOD team quickly fixed it for me. They're Wonderful!

Worst app I’ve every tried. No customer support (AI does not even answer, and then ends chat before any answer), but it does have this annoying and deceitful chat icon that makes it seems like I have a message, but instead opens browser window to the useless chatbot. The app does none of what I need; show before/after prices, free shipping bar. and after creating a dysfunctional upsell popup it’s impossible to delete it and start fresh.

I contacted support about an issue with our checkout button and they resolved the issue very quickly.

I have had some issues with being charged after I cancelled the app - like a month after - which was not great. But once I reached out to the support through here (through the chat I wasn't able to solve it) I am happy to report I was refunded quickly. It is an app that I have used and it has worked well in some scenarios but not as well in others, but all in all it's a good service and does a lot.
