Had planty of support requests, and one video bug diagnose session with aiod team. They are professionals and address the issues within resaonable period, willing to adjust and followup on the update. Live chat really helpful during emergencies. This is the first time I've encountered a discount app that just works the way it should. The setup is a bit of a process but once you do the first 2 steps, they'll do the rest of it for you. I have 3 completely different discounts running in my store now and they all work exactly as intended, even when combining. The chat helpers are super responsive and they actually know what they're doing. Great app!
