The customer service is outstanding. I have dealt with quite a few members of staff since I downloaded the app and they are so quick to provide advice and even help with customisation when needed. It's the first app I have found that combines all types of discounts.

Had a few issues that ended up being Shopify issue and not the app developer. They went over and beyond to help me out with other issues that didnt even have to do with their application. The App is beautiful and very productive. There were quite a few complex changes required in our store to make it work properly but I happened to meet Chirag Patel a very inteligent and sharp developer who was able to resolve all the issues in no time!
Support team was very quick to help me setup the app correctly and even got it to work with other apps that I am using.

We are using this app for tiered discounts and stacking other discount codes. We searched high and low for this capability and AOAD was by far the best. We had a seamless integration with Chirag. He was very responsive and VERY quick to accomplish anything we asked him to do to create the form and function we wanted for our website.
