I had an issue regarding a bug that would frequently kick me out of the app. Customer support was quick to get back to me and schedule a meeting to resolve the issue. You can expect prompt and professional service
Non paralleled customer support , once we said what we need they were able to help us within minutes , this app has one of the most extensive discount systems there is
Swati and Rakshit were a huge help. The team have been able to create discounts for products that are calculated separately for each line in the cart NOT by total amount of the product in the cart. I have spent a lot of time with other apps trying to achieve this and they have not been able to. I am very happy with this app and the customer support.
Highly recommended. Been using it for years. Support team are quick to respond, including migration to new theme.
While this app may not be perfect, these guys are the most helpful and timely group I think I've ever worked with! They're so quick and will keep working at it until they fix whatever isn't working. And let's be honest, it's normally just user error... I highly recommend.
