As a non- web developer, there are some things i can accomplish, however when things go pear shaped, it is great to have someone so good at their job to help you figure things out.
Manoj solved my issue in minutes and could recommend adjustments to make it easier for my customers to apply their discounts properly, which is an issue we have been having using shopifys manual discount code method. Even though I have only just installed the app, so I cannot speak for its efficacy in retaining/gaining customers, I can highly recommend the service from the developers!

Had trouble getting the cart popup to work correctly. I am not a developer, but as soon as I stated my issue in the chat box, they were able to connect to my website (with my approval) and code everything I needed. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

Swati and Rakshit were a huge help. The team have been able to create discounts for products that are calculated separately for each line in the cart NOT by total amount of the product in the cart. I have spent a lot of time with other apps trying to achieve this and they have not been able to. I am very happy with this app and the customer support.
