Nulls.Net Product Zoom , 52 avis

I purchased the product zoom app from Nulls.Net, it was easy to install it in my Shopify store, my site is up and running smooth! I am using a custom template for my Shopify store so initially there was a small bug with the way the zoom app functioned within my particular template, but I just reached out to the Nulls helpdesk and they had everything adjusted perfectly in less than 24 hours. Great product, thanks guys.

Love this app and great customer service. I had a problem with not being able to zoom on my secondary pictures, I reached out to them and they resolved it right away. Highly recommended.

I messaged their support team using the message form and by the time I logged in to check my email (straight after) I already got a reply saying they've fixed my issue! Great service! Can't believe how fast they are!

I had a problem with the app and was about to uninstall it, but I decided to stick with it to see if I can resolve the problem (the app worked only on 1 image per product page). They required access permissions on the back end to fix it. I dropped them an email and the response was within a couple of hours, and full resolution was same day.

Great app, it didn't work correctly with my theme, but it was sorted out within 5 mins of me contacting support.

I had problems installing this in my theme, but the support team was vary prompt and helpful. I was up and running in less than an hour. The zoom feature works great. Just what we needed to show the detail needed for our customers.

I've used this app for several months and really like it. When I first installed it, I did have an issue on listings with multiple pictures, it would only zoom the first photo. I contacted them and they got it fixed ASAP. And I haven't had a bit of trouble since. Do remember when using it, you need to have a really good resolution photo to begin with, otherwise when it zooms in it doesn't enlarge much or looks grainy.
