I had issues due to the particular theme I was using (Supply). Emailed them about it and immediately received a response. They knew what was wrong and fixed it in less than 30 mins. 10/10 Service. The actual product itself works great as well.
Its a great app with 3 zoom options which I like, we had an issue with drop down menu was conflicting with the zoom feature, we contacted the support team and they fix the problem the same day.
Terrific app, especially for the price. Does exactly what we wanted it to do. Had an issue with our 3rd-party theme and they responded immediately. We had a fix within half an hour.
Application intéréssante car difféents zooms et facile à installer. MAIS zoom possible que sur la photo de présentation du produit et impossible sur photos suivantes. Je ne sais pas si je vais garder cette application!

Je suis très contente de l'app mais surtout du support client. Mon thème shopify ne prenait pas en compte les codes de l'app. J'ai envoyé un mail et j'ai directement reçu une réponse. Ils ont fait le nécessaire tout de suite. Je recommande cet application qui est juste parfaite !
It is an Okay app.
Installation was very simple. The features are wonderful. However, I cannot get it to work the way the demo shows. I had high hopes for this because it looks really good. So I gave it about 20 minutes troubleshooting but to no avail. I thought it was my Windows version. No, it wasn't. I used it on several different computers (mac, windows 10, 8, and 7).
I would prefer an App that works as described soon as I install it..
