You have to use the support team for certain themes, but they are incredibly helpful and very fast at responding and fixing the issues that I had.

Realy nice App which helps us a lot. We are selling high priced beds and therefore it is very important that every detail can be seen. Does it job perfectly.

Love the app. 5 stars, The nulls team provided excellent service getting the app up and running on my site (www.paisleycourt.com). At first, I had couple little issues with the app. Contacted Nulls service rep, and within couple hours they went into my site and optimized the app to work flawlessly with my website design.

Fantastic App! Seamless integration and does what is says. Took my website to the next level! Customer support is also amazing - I had one issue which was sorted out within an hour, now it works perfectly.

I was a bit hesitant about this app as they had no reviews at all. But, I decided to give these guys a try and I have to say it was the best decision I've made. Their all in one product zoom app is the best zoom app on shopify. And here's why:

1). Lightning fast response from Soner in Turkey- sent an email at 7.53pm and received a response at 8.07pm!!!

2). 3 different types of zoom- Window, Inner (default for mobile view), and Lens (circle/square)

3). Doesn't lag the store

4). Loads pretty fast

5). The best zooming effects I've seen to date for the 'window' zoom option

6). Pricing is good and fair for a product zoom app

7). 3 days trial is good enough to test the app out on your site as the response time is lightning fast.

9). Solved an issue I had under 8 hours from first email sent regarding the zoom not working properly on a mobile device. Here's what happened.

The problem: I was not able to scroll further down the product page, and I was stuck on the product image itself on a mobile device. The reason why this happened was the theme that I was using (brooklyn theme) had it's product images to a slider with full width on a mobile view as the default.

The solution I wanted and received: Set the 'window' zoom option for the desktop and disable the zoom for mobile.

10). Never judge an app by its "no reviews", it turns out they're the underdogs and the winner in my books.
