It took us quite some time to find a good solution to manage our pro deal accounts in-house. Finally, Alliance Pro came around. It's easy to manage applications, current members, and discounts. The Alliance Pro team is also easy to get a hold of and problem-solve. We recommend giving it a try.

It's tough to find great Shopify apps, but Alliance Pro really is one. If you're looking for a pro deal management app, this is the best out there. Jamie was incredibly helpful with setup, and I really appreciate him and his team taking feedback and requests seriously to help improve the app. The app works wonderfully and support is fast and super helpful. I highly recommend this app!

Alliance Pro has been a great addition to our Pro member experience! Easy to approve and manage members through a multitude of discount tiers while tracking spend and total discounts applied. I would recommend this to any brand looking to simplify the backend management of their Pro Purchase programs.

Great option for those wanting to add backorder, pre-order or "notify me" options to their Shopify store. Their support team is always responsive and willing to help.

I've spent A LOT of time looking at VIP pricing apps and none of them come close to what Orbit offer with Alliance Pro.
They have a very clever method of applying discounts, which helps you create your discounts with as much complexity as you desire (some other apps claim this, but quickly reach a limit which means they default to using clunky discount codes implemented by Shopify's (sub-par) Storefront API).
As Alliance Pro uses the new Functions API it's much quicker, and also means it's compatible with Shopify POS which was a massive time saver for us. (Simply add a customer to a POS order, and their member discounts are automatically added!)
The application form and expiry of accounts is also included which is much better than other apps out there. It also integrates with Klaviyo to handle all the customer communication, but if you don't have Klaviyo, they have a simple email system that can handle it for you. They did say Shopify Email integration should be coming down the pipeline as well.
Lastly, their support has been second to none, and they have helped integrate the app into our older, heavily customised theme.
