After stuggling to stand-up and maintain a custom app for years, Alliance Pro has solved all those challenges with the addtional advantage of Klaviyo interaction for our VIP group lifecycle flows. Customers and Customer Service alike are singing your praises. Fantastic, patient and value-added support makes this a no brainer for other outdoor brands or anyone with a complex VIP discounting program.

We've evaluated several pro-program solutions over the years, and Alliance Pro has been by far the easiest to implement and manage. The platform is intuitive, highly customizable, and integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Klaviyo.

What impressed us most was the support team. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us build a program that fit our business rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all solution.

We successfully migrated thousands of existing members, built multiple pricing tiers, automated renewals and communications, and launched the program with minimal friction.
