Hi,
I hope I can reach your support team here. I cannot see Alma app in Shopify store, is it not available anymore?

We are sorry to read that your experience was not up to your expectations.

It seems that the validation process of your Alma account is not yet finalized. The installation of Alma on your website at this time doesn't have the ability to take the information necessary for Alma to function properly. It is possible that this creates a conflict within your integration.
