We have had an amazing experience with Aloro because they are able to truly function as an extension of our team. Onboarding was painless since they did their research, and understood so much of our brand right from the start. We didn’t have to give them the usual customer service training about how we’d like to speak to our customers — their communication style is always friendly, helpful, informative, and positive. They are extremely proactive (eg. finding solutions on their own, staying on top of the email and social media updates we share) but also very communicative with us on slack, if they are ever unsure of how to proceed, they immediately reach out to get feedback from us.
