What a great and easy to use app! And support from Invinzor from The Code Black Belt team was immediate and successful! zero frustration and great enjoyment!

App works great, support team responds very quickly. Removed global recommendations and random recommendations and only use the automatic recommendations based on sales history and manual recommendations.

Only downside is the order of relevance can't be manually adjusted. Since we only use automatic and manual, it would be nice if automatic showed up before manual as we only put manual for new or rarely purchased items, in which case, automatic would be more important than manual for our store. Leaving items on manual doesn't allow for the recommendations to ever change the visible items and their order without manually changing their order (suggestions will eventually become "stale" to customers.)

Currently in contact with a support member and so far it doesn't seem like there is both an easy AND quick way to confirm if there are enough automatic recommendations to justify removing an item from the manual list.

Still, we give the app 5 stars as it's WELL since paid for itself :)

I have just installed the program 24 hours ago so I can't comment on the effect it has had on sales yet. Installation was very easy. I clicked where I wanted the recommended list to show up, did not like it and edited that section. Worked like a charm.

I was surprised that they even checked to see that I had installed everything correctly without me even asking.

Works well, and haven't had any issues with it.

- the app settings are easy to change, allowing us to customize it to our needs
- mobile friendly product recommendations
- support is awesome: very responsive helpdesk and very open to suggestions regarding product features
- the free trial was nice: it allowed us to test the app before purchasing it. (We've now purchased it.)

Customers are discovering more of our products in our collections, and as a result buy products they wouldn't if they hadn't discovered them.

We use this app in combination with 'Frequently Bought Together' app. Another great app from the same makers. We use that app to provide manually selected product combinations as purchase ideas to our customers. These 2 apps seem to work well together, both providing value to our customers.

They're really helpful. I was having a lot of trouble adjusting to the size and positions that i want then they really fulfilled my wishes
