Just got this app a few days ago and I am very impressed. The set up was seamless and easy, the help great, and little thoughtful extras I wasn't expecting. Have a few apps on the site but this one is definitely a favourite so far. It has already had an effect on our orders. Hoorah! Thanks so much folks.

I installed this app one day ago to use it for an incart upsell. Since I have a one-product-store and only wanted to upsell one item, I wasn't totally satisfied with the placement of the upsell offer - since it was moved to the left and there was more space for other items. I contacted the customer support and they answered very friendly and offered help withins minutes. Half an hour later my problem was fixed. Want an amazing job by the team! I can totally recommend this app to anyone who wants to have an awesome upsell app! It is very user friendly and can be installed and used within minutes.

Wow!! What can I say?

I installed the app and came across a nice user interface but I couldn't personally get the app to appear on my theme. This is likely due to my theme and not the app itself. After pinging off an email request for help I got an answer in about 5 minutes with the app installed more or less within that time. Amazing.

Frank later offered to perform some customisations so the recommendations would look more in keeping with my theme as well as being more 'consumer friendly' - much like Amazon's recommendations. In the space of a few emails, I have what I want and I'm really delighted with the look, the product and the service.

If I had to mention one slightly negative mark it would be that there is no integration for review ratings to appear on those recommended products, again like those masters Amazon use.

It goes without saying that product reviews help boost sales and instantly draw a customer to a high grade product. We all go to such efforts to collect these reviews it seems a lost opportunity not to use them in this instance.

However all is not lost as these guys are exploring a solution to do just this. Fingers crossed!

So far so good with more to come it seems.

What can I say about the app and especially the support. I am not sure whether these guys sleep (especially Frank), but I am sure glad they have their support nailed.

After reading all the reviews and performing our own analysis (always important to do), we decided to try this and Code Black Belts other app. It fits in with our strategy.

Set up was a breeze, but we needed some config to ensure look and fee (UI) was in keeping with our store. The response was super quick with no hesitation what so ever.

We have constantly adjusted the very easy to use and understand app configurations to tweak the app, as this does improve performance and general integration with our theme.

Great App and Awesome support. Keep it up.

Very great app with excellent customer service from the app developers. They even fixed the look of the app to match my store's colors...and I didn't even have to ask!

I really appreciate the feature in my store. While I can't verify that it has worked just yet, I can say that it is a great addition and similar apps have prompted me to purchase additional items from other stores. With March being here, it's tax season, and I have a few vending opportunities around the country this month, I am super excited to see Also Bought help drive my sales up up up. I definitely recommend that you purchase this app for your store.
