I have found the app to work perfectly fine and have used it for some time - no problem. I have just installed my 3rd app by Code Black on the basis that the support has been second to none - response times are always incredible. Recently had an issue with currency conversion & Google - Code Black quickly found a solution to ensure Google shopping remained happy.

So far it's great! I think this will really help with upsales

Product is excellent at a very affordable price with tons of configurable options.

I installed three Apps from Code Black Belt. All three were configured before I could get back to my computer!! My experience with other vendors was that it was taking almost a week to get what you expected from the App.

It looks like an Artificial Intelligent Robot is configuring your app in a jiffy & answering all your queries 24 X 7 almost instantly and precisely to your expectation.

I have never ever experienced this type of service.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Code Black Belt Apps for all Shopify users.

Very useful app, it doesn't slow down your site unlike other apps. Also they really have a great support team.

A must-have app. We had just random associated products that didn't relate to the product and were pulled from just the same collection set. Set up easy and support is bet I've seen from the app store. Highly recommended.

Good app. I am certain it would work better if I customize the customer also bought section. Sometimes, the recommendations are too random, but that is seldom. Worth the $9.99 a month.

Our previous related products app was terrible. Limited customization and terrible recommendations unless we set them manually. I had no idea how badly it was dragging our site speed until I swapped it for Also Bought. I takes a little figuring out but my recommendations are all set to auto. The Also Bought support team was quick to help me with a couple minor details and got them perfect.

I Love this App. I love that the work is done for me and it was just like BAM sales, and upsells almost immediately after installation.

Update:

I update my review because of two things:

1. The support is AWESOME: I reached them to try to gain sometime while doing manual customization and they answered with useful information very quickly.

2. In one of those exchanges, I suggested an easy fix for the app to ease this process and they did it within a day! Now they made what I was criticizing much more easier

This app is really simple to install and looks very good. You can customize many things and the ones that I couldn't I asked to the support team and they did it very quickly and nicely.

The reason why I'm giving a 4 star review is because the process to manually select the products that you want to display in the "also bought" line is really slow. You can do it but it but one by one. It would be so much more practical to make it faster.

Overall great app and great support

Easy to use & set-up. Doesn't require a developer. We've found this widget is utilized often and helps with overall site conversion.
