Easy to use & set-up. Doesn't require a developer. We've found this widget is utilized often and helps with overall site conversion.

Firstly, the App does exactly what I wanted. Better yet, when I found the widget wasn't sitting in exactly the right place, I sent an email for some help. I am in Australia and it is 11pm. I got a response within minutes and the widget was moved and edited until I was completely satisfied with it. This is the kind of service you hope for, especially when your only time to work on your website is late at night. It's so great to have it all sorted before going to bed :)

I was using Limespot but I found out it had a really heavy javascript and EVERY update they did messed up my store layout.

This App is simpler, much more lighter and if you know a little CSS you can easily customize it.

It's also 4x cheaper.
