Allowing me to make small changes on the fly is going to have a huge impact on my ability to recommend items, which hopefully leads to more sales. nice app nice service work, when I have problem of setting the staff help me to resolve it sooner, so I recommend this app.
Still figuring out how to use the app, but so far it's easy to use and I had a terrific customer service experience. I was trying to rearrange the widget's display on our website and emailed them to make the change. While working on manual recommendations for one product, I clicked to preview it and already saw the change. I was saying 'wow' to myself when I received their email saying it had been done. Lightning fast, literally like 90seconds!
