With so many of our customers seeking specific delivery windows, and the litigious nature of shipping alcohol requiring ASR, ViaDelivery allows the best solution for ensuring that packages are successfully delivered. The success is measured twofold:
1. The HAL staff signs for the packages, rendering the days of missed deliveries due to ASR a thing of the past.
2. Our customers can then collect their packages securely (ID required) at the location and time that's most convenient for them.
We're early in the rollout/customer adoption phase, but are excited to see where this takes our delivery experiences.
