Great Little tool - literally 5 mins to do all my product image alt texts. Coming up with something unique for 200 different lumps of wood is a challenge ! Also reasonably priced and helpful support!
Signed up for it yesterday, still learning it, but what Ive seen so far has been a game changer.
Surprisingly accurate and then some on the alt text. So far, so good. We are impressed.
We loved our experience with Alt Text - it's a very useful SEO tool to have in your toolbox, and it's been super easy to use too.
We were pleasantly surprised with how fast and accurate the Alts came out. Our only comment would be a to add a way to track where the Alt Update process has reached during a bulk update.

The good:
Does what it says on the tin. The AI was pretty good and it should help with SEO.
Support was responsive, although a little scripted at times, but helpful and genuinely wanted to make things work.
The bad:
It's a new app and seems like it needs some more input to be a great app. With a bigger catalog t's impossible to know how many images you have and hence how many credits you need.
Credit pricing is inflexible if you have more than 2000 images. The model doesn't really work for numbers over that.
Seems to have the odd bug but works if you run one update at a time.
Summary:
I really wanted to like this more that I did and use it on my store. Unfortunately, it just does not fit the needs of the customer if they are over a certain size and the app itself does not provide feedback and information on numbers, pricing, credits left and more. I think with work it could be a great app but just isn't there yet.
