The app does what it is supposed to do. So 5 star for that. It also has many features to help the merchant work smoothly with Amazon. Issues have arisen in terms of timing in the orders and therefore not organised etc, but the support team is fast and efficient. So another 5 star for that. We have been with the app for now 5 months and overall very satisfied and pleased. So another 5 star for that. The only thing i would say is it could be a little cheaper as when you sell small items you do need a certain volume to cover the costs (app subscription fees, amazon subscriptions fees, amazon commissions, amazon refunds (which are high vs our online store), etc)... but overall this is a detail and the app is well worth it! The app used to work great then errors kept creeping up, now their support won't even reply and hardly anything works. Absolutely awful.

The app is evolving day by day and it does the job well. It integrates most of the Amazon Marketplaces. The support from Olivier is fantastic.

I started using the app to list and manage the products on Amazon. You may find the process as overwhelming as I did. I reached out to the support team and they have been very friendly and supportive to take me through the process of how to set up the app and push the products to Amazon. I have a better understanding of how to use the app after an online call.

This app works perfectly for what we need, which is to connect our Amazon inventory to Shopify directly.

I used this app to help sync our shopify website with Amazon. Once we got the app setup, it was easy to get all of our inventory sync'd and selling on Amazon. It was so easy it felt like it happened overnight!

This app is excellent and VERY powerful. I'd used other FBA integration apps in the past that were much more "plug and play", but wish I'd found this one much earlier. It's super configurable and if you're fulfilling orders via fba, it's an excellent solution that won't lead to unexpected product changes on your store. Be forewarned, that the documentation for this app is lacking, but the customer support is excellent, so if you're unsure, just ask them.
