Great support but a bit hard to set up without them. Glad there is a solution to connecting Amazon as a sales channel to Shopify. Support was prompt

I think this is a very efficient app and easy to navigate where it's so easy to get lost in so many details on Amazon. Keterson is my marketing strategist and he has been the most helpful person on the world. Thank you so much for the experience.

Best Amazon App for a Shopify Integration. It just works and works well! We can sync all amazon orders into our usual shipping workflow through Shopify, which is exactly the solution we needed. Set up was a breeze and after using it for over a month I would definitely recommend it to others. The front end may not look as streamlined as some of the others (I think I've tried them all at this point.) But Codisto and one other had severe issues during setup and we could never get them working properly even after talking to support.

I used this App for over a year paying $29 a month. Had issues at the beginning and support tech named Olivier would fix it right away. Now over the past month inventory wasn't syncing with new items listed on Amazon. I put in a ticket a some new guy answers and asks a question. I would reply and then no answer. A week went by and I put in a new ticket and he would ask a question again and I would reply. Then I wouldn't hear from him again. At this point I'm getting frustrated. I put in another ticket and he asked another question again and I replied. Again no answer from him. Over 1 month of this goes by. The negative reviews are correct with this app. Customer Service is horrible. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The app used to work great then errors kept creeping up, now their support won't even reply and hardly anything works. Absolutely awful.

It is a great app and highly recommended. The support team and development are very professional where they took all our notes, improve the app and answer us in a reasonable time. Thanks for the whole team :)

Update: I'm sorry, but I have to change the review since we have to send many reminders for the support to reply to our submitted cases that related to critical issues in the account.
The reply is the same, that you will review the account, and we never hear from support again even after many reminders... and it is not the first time.

This is a great app. I have tried other Amazon apps and they always have faults from the start. So far this is the best I've used. Customer service seems very good so far. They reply within 12 hours and give very detailed descriptions on how to integrate the app.

Thank you Olivier for helping me set up the integration for Amazon, I had a few issues, not with the App just me! I was quickly guided through the issues and now we are selling products very fast all day :-)
