The app is great. easy to synchronise products to multiple Amazon Accounts at one place with just a simple select. The app actually doesn't have any Problem but if you don't understand anything they are there to help you out. their 30 days free trials is like 60 days free trials. because after the 30 days they won't charge you they charge at the end of second month. all Features are availlable during the free trials. what may be a Problem is that during product matching make sure you match your product with the correct Amazon product. i made a mistake and i matched my products with wrong products i had almost 20 - 30 orders on the day i conected the app to Amazon. i was not having those products in my shop but i later found them on Aliexpress.. it was a good mistake i think. Make sure you know how selling on Amazon works. Don't synchronise more products on Amazon if you don't have enough start up capital..
just imagine pushing all your products to Amazon...The next day you will wake up and see 1000 orders if you don't have money what do you do?
also read Amazon selling policy so that you will not blindly synchronise a Prohibited product to Amazon. You may need Barcodes GS1 or applied GS1 exemption to list your own products else use product matching. There Videos to guide you synchronise your products
I use this app to sync inventory and orders between Shopify and Amazon and it seems to be working well so far.
This app allowed us to simplify our amazon management process 10 fold. Its price is reasonable and allowed us to eliminate 3 other external tools for managing amazon orders. Their support is great and they always find a solution for any thing we come up with.
Without this app, I don't think we would have been able to list our products on Amazon at all! It really seems to do everything we would need it to. Although the interface is a bit confusing at first, there are plenty of guides/FAQs/videos included that helped us figure out how to get things set up. Additionally, the customer support is EXCELLENT and is really what sets this apart from most other apps: Olivier really goes above and beyond to help you out if you reach out with a question about how to achieve something, and he even made tweaks to the app based on some issues we were running into with the app and even added in extra functionality (like background image removal!). He also extended our free trial until we were able to get the app working as we needed to.
This is the app which i looking for long time ago. Now I can start to collect the sales from amazon, the support team very good and strong to solve the problems. Highly recommended.

I'm still learning how to use it, but I like it so far the problem im having is the company i paid to set up my site didnt upload the right API's for my products so im having trouble linking my products
I have tried many apps and this one is the best one so far. It's cheaper than the others, and you can connect multiples accounts with different sellers' accounts. It can automatically update inventory stocks and update shipping information. The app has a very good users interface, even though it's hard to understand at first. The developers are always ready to answer all your questions and even have live meetings with you to guide you through everything step by step. One thing they could add: The shipping rates should be synced from Amazon FBA and need to setup manually right now.
