CS Amazon Sync

We've had this app installed for a little over a year, and have had no issues with our current configuration. I am about to start in on some enhancements that go beyond what the initial contractor set up. I had a 30 minute onboarding session, and I was very impressed with the customer service rep's knowledge and understanding. I'm looking forward to discovering what the tool can provide.

If you want an app that sells YOUR products on Amazon for you this is the app you want. 100% needs to be made easier to use but I believe this will happen going forward. I have tried the others but this is by far superior to them in every way.

Support is good, a little slow at times but Olivier is fantastic and understands your needs, Just remember timezones!

Read the tutorials as much as you can, set rules and watch your profits skyrocket :)

The app does what it is supposed to do. So 5 star for that. It also has many features to help the merchant work smoothly with Amazon. Issues have arisen in terms of timing in the orders and therefore not organised etc, but the support team is fast and efficient. So another 5 star for that. We have been with the app for now 5 months and overall very satisfied and pleased. So another 5 star for that. The only thing i would say is it could be a little cheaper as when you sell small items you do need a certain volume to cover the costs (app subscription fees, amazon subscriptions fees, amazon commissions, amazon refunds (which are high vs our online store), etc)... but overall this is a detail and the app is well worth it! Great and intuitive app once you get to know it. Helps a lot with the process of getting started on Amazon. Amazon seemed impossible for us to start ourselves, but this app has helped a lot, and cut down a lot of time spent on product creation, translations and so on and so forth.

Apart from this i want to emphasize how incredible the customer service was. Keterson gave me a tour of the app, and took extra time out of his calendar to make sure that we were on the right track.

The app used to work great then errors kept creeping up, now their support won't even reply and hardly anything works. Absolutely awful.

The app is evolving day by day and it does the job well. It integrates most of the Amazon Marketplaces. The support from Olivier is fantastic.
