This really is a great app, with EXCELLENT support help. My only comment is that is has a bit of a learning curve to understand how is works.

Very nice tool . Support helps to solve issues. Works very good so far. Easy integration. A little bit confusing in the beginning with the different settings and needs. but they have a lot of faqs to solve these questions.

Great app that is easy to use and allows you to send products to Amazon and import orders.
Keterson, the account manager, is very responsive and his help is invaluable!

Very poor support no reply when in urgent need, no contact number - app failed, didnt allow changed settings to save

We had an issue with synchronization betwen Shopify and Amazon for Fraudulent orders and olivier help us very quickly. The exchange was very clear and efficient. Solution was found very quickly.

After trying a few different Amazon Integration Apps we tried Amazon Integration Plus, and immediately noticed that it was more organised and easier to use. When it came time to request support to configure everything the Support Call was great (thankyou Keterson) and we are now able to list products on Amazon easily and automatically! Configuring the App was explained well (and for me this was needed) and I am confident that this will meet our needs and be a great tool for our Business going forwards.

We had this app installed for a few months and it worked well until they decided to remove an option to receive inventory from FBA. Support responded that "nobody was using this option" as a reason for that. No email to let us know. Looks like our business is not valuable enough to send an email. Very unprofessional.

FBA, of course, *FBA is well supported by our App*, however, it wasn't mentioned in your support inquiry, your review is based on something that has never been asked. You also reproach us to have removed a feature that never existed and to do not communicate on this. We are sorry, we can't communicate on something that doesn't exist or never existed.
