I used this app to integrate my shopify products to amazon, And it is very easy to use. It also has great supports, I definitely recommend it.

I received so much help and insight on how to sell and import my product on amazon. He did a great job taking his time teaching me. i was totally lost and did not know what i was doing. I was so close to giving up its crazy

Appli Génial !

Olivier est un développeur talentueux. Il vient de répondre à un besoin crucial pour les e-commerçant à savoir la remontée des commandes Amazon vers le backoffice Shopify. Zapier permet la remontée des commandes uniquement pour Amazon North America, ce besoin peut être résolu par des intégrateurs de flux coûteux comme Shopping Feed mais Olivier a su répondre à ce besoin avec une appli brillante et compétitive.

We had serious problems with this app this last month. The automation for the importation of orders didn't work on multiple occasions and we have not been informed. That did cause a lot of trouble with Amazon cause we didn't fulfill some orders that have not been imported. We had to check the app on a daily base to be sure that everything works. If someone uses this app and checks manually on a daily base it will work.

They must be building this app on the fly. Customer service is very non responsive and every time there has been a fix something else goes wrong. App will not even load anymore to pull orders. Uninstalling and looking for something that is reliable.

Great app, saving me a lot of time and equally important, great support!
The app allow me to easily synch FBM and FBA locations, inventory, orders, listings etc to Shopify. Once set up it just run s smooth.
And their customer support is just excellent and promt!
