Great App and amazin customer support! Immediate reply and willingness to help and resolve any issues or problems you may have. I currently have Basic plan with Amazon Europe conencted to my Shopify Store. Everythnig works flawlessly and my orders are pulled from Amazon Europe stores (Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium) at the moment. Harvey from Support Team was EXCELLENT! responded to me at 3:30am (I had to stay up and work late to get all my work done). No company out there would do that for you- at least I never had such luck. I explained my issue that I wanted to connect Amazon Ireland store and Haarvey took care of that right away over Chat!!! I rarelyu leave reviews but these guys deserve it and so much more. If there was a way to leave 10 stars, I would. Thank you Common Services (CS Amazon Product Sync)- have not had such an amazing experience in a long time! Bes regards, Jon, World By Shotglass

I've tried many different apps to sync my Shopify products with Amazon and this by far is my favorite. It's easy to understand, provides a lot of customizations I can set up by using their rules feature along with frequent real time inventory updates pushed to Amazon. The only improvement I would caution about is Order syncing. At times, I have to manually push them through to Shopify when I receive an order notification from Amazon that's not showing up in Shopify. Once I click the sync button in the app, it comes through fine. I can live with that because the trade off is a very smooth and stress-free experience. Thanks

I paid $150 for this app and completed a Zoom walkthrough where I was assured my Amazon listings would sync with Shopify. Despite going through every product with support and being told it would be fixed, my Amazon store still shows zero inventory and nothing is syncing. It's been weeks, and this has been a complete disaster!
This app has caused me more stress than anything else in my business lately. Switching to another integration now feels like starting over completely. I would not recommend this app unless you want to waste time, money, and lose sales while waiting for support that doesn’t follow through.

not good, i was really looking forward to connecting through this app. too many obstacles (need a professional amazon seller central acc, need account verification, need to sync and assign all countries, error codes when trying to connect through feed.biz, could not get the feed.biz to change to uk kept defaulting to US) too much hassle to continue

It was a little difficult at first, but not on the integration app side. The integration app works great! I think on the Amazon side, they don't communicate clearly attribute criteria for all categories. For example, we had a group of items we were trying to upload to our Amazon store and Amazon was blocking the request because we were missing attributes that Amazon had not listed, so items were stuck between Integration and the Amazon marketplace. Tech support was incredibly kind and patient, however helpless because according to his records, we had all the information we needed included in our item attributes. Amazon tech support was horrible and were of no help; almost treated me like an invalid for even attempting to integrate our Shopify store into our Amazon store. I finally figured out on my own through 3 weeks of troubleshooting, I had to manually upload our items then tell the integration app to resubmit as an update to the said items to get Amazon to accept them and for integration to sync. Definitely NOT Integration Plus' problem. Your app has worked amazing and done everything we need it to do. Amazon needs to get up to speed, though. If anyone else has a similar issue with product not syncing/uploading to Amazon, that's how you fix it!

I am using Amazon Integration Plus to sync my Amazon with Shopify store, so FBM can be fulfilled in all one place. When I set up the connection, the orders transferred across smoothly. I then had some issues around not knowing how to get the rules up and going, but reached out to the customer service team who jumped on a call with me straight away. Very good customer service, thank you Keterson for your help!
