not good, i was really looking forward to connecting through this app. too many obstacles (need a professional amazon seller central acc, need account verification, need to sync and assign all countries, error codes when trying to connect through feed.biz, could not get the feed.biz to change to uk kept defaulting to US) too much hassle to continue

I was really looking forward to using this with my Shopify store but all i get is error messages, tried to validate a different card but then couldn't assign all the market places in one go and they charged me for the privilege of trying to do so each time. added products but can't complete as the old card isn't validated even though the new one is!! road block after road block for trying to set ...

I found this app quite difficult to understand. There are too many steps, and the process isn’t user-friendly. It seems like they’re just trying to make more money by charging for customer support, which feels unfair. I expected better guidance without needing to pay for help. Disappointed.

app is down on shopify side.. can't access to settings anymore since more than 1 month.. asked for support on website and support site and i didn't got any reply in 20 days.. and i pay the 89$ package with VIP live support... i'm not satisfied at all

Usually fine but the past few weeks the scheduler has been failing which means we get no orders imported, and then today the entire app is down so we're going to fail all our Prime orders today. No way to contact Customer Support. I'm looking for a different app, it's so unreliable.

This app has a LOT of features, and you have a LOT of control over how your products and orders sync compared to other apps on the market. BUT the app stops working from time to time and does not import the orders, so if you have to constantly check amazon everyday to make sure orders got shipped out. Not sure what has happened to this company over the past 6-8 months but functions has gone to nothing. Sometimes orders do not import and other issues happen then their support does not respond for over a week or more with reply's that are not relevant.
