I had a great experience with CS Amazon Sync, and I want to give a special thanks to Harvey for his outstanding support. He provided clear and detailed explanations, making the process easy to understand. Even though I had a lot of questions, he patiently answered each one step by step, ensuring that I fully understood everything. His guidance was incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend CS Amazon Sync and Harvey’s support!
Great customer service and help. All my questions were answered and then some! Everything was properly explained, I didn't feel rushed and the door was left open for me to get additional help later. I highly recommend using the app to help get your business and products up and running smoothly!
Le paramétrage de ce connecteur est assez complet et les données beaucoup plus riches que d'autres connecteurs MarketPlace Amazon.
Il a cependant fallu plus d'un mois d'échanges pour avoir un fonctionnement automatique d'import régulier des commandes de Amazon vers Shopify, mais nous y sommes arrivés.

not good, i was really looking forward to connecting through this app. too many obstacles (need a professional amazon seller central acc, need account verification, need to sync and assign all countries, error codes when trying to connect through feed.biz, could not get the feed.biz to change to uk kept defaulting to US) too much hassle to continue

I was really looking forward to using this with my Shopify store but all i get is error messages, tried to validate a different card but then couldn't assign all the market places in one go and they charged me for the privilege of trying to do so each time. added products but can't complete as the old card isn't validated even though the new one is!! road block after road block for trying to set something up that should be simple. I understand the checks but it doesn't help when nothing works on the mobile app or through Shopify!!!

Unfortunately it is not easy to understand setup and I asked a question to support but never heard back.

It was a little difficult at first, but not on the integration app side. The integration app works great! I think on the Amazon side, they don't communicate clearly attribute criteria for all categories. For example, we had a group of items we were trying to upload to our Amazon store and Amazon was blocking the request because we were missing attributes that Amazon had not listed, so items were stuck between Integration and the Amazon marketplace. Tech support was incredibly kind and patient, however helpless because according to his records, we had all the information we needed included in our item attributes. Amazon tech support was horrible and were of no help; almost treated me like an invalid for even attempting to integrate our Shopify store into our Amazon store. I finally figured out on my own through 3 weeks of troubleshooting, I had to manually upload our items then tell the integration app to resubmit as an update to the said items to get Amazon to accept them and for integration to sync. Definitely NOT Integration Plus' problem. Your app has worked amazing and done everything we need it to do. Amazon needs to get up to speed, though. If anyone else has a similar issue with product not syncing/uploading to Amazon, that's how you fix it!
