It was a little difficult at first, but not on the integration app side. The integration app works great! I think on the Amazon side, they don't communicate clearly attribute criteria for all categories. In the beginning the app was a bit overwhelming and it still is. Thanks to the great onboarding help, everything is now up and running and I'm happy and satisfied for now. I will certainly take another look at all the functionalities in detail and then contact support again if necessary.

I found this app quite difficult to understand. There are too many steps, and the process isn’t user-friendly. It seems like they’re just trying to make more money by charging for customer support, which feels unfair. I expected better guidance without needing to pay for help. Disappointed.
