It worked well for a while, but for the past few days, orders have simply been completely ignored and not imported. We're naturally being penalized by Amazon. Such an obvious error in an app that costs $50 a month. This shouldn't happen.

I searched for this app in Shopify and it automatically downloaded without my clicking "approve". I clicked "cancel" instead and closed the window and it is sitting there, operational and ready to bill me. Now I will uninstall this app because that is pretty scary. VERY long arms there, Amazon.

app is down on shopify side.. can't access to settings anymore since more than 1 month.. asked for support on website and support site and i didn't got any reply in 20 days.. and i pay the 89$ package with VIP live support... i'm not satisfied at all

I'm using this to sync Shopify with Amazon
i already know CommonServices as i come from Prestashop and was using their module..
on Prestashop i had a lot of problems with the module and the support was not so fast... here it's look like they are supporting better.. also the app for shopify is much more better than the prestashop one..

This App is a great feature for synchronizing shopyfi products with the Amazon marketplace. From scratch it is not easy to set all by Amazon required parameters into a feasible order but it is much more easy using the CS Amazon App. I would like to emphasize on the much appreciated help given by Common Service. They do anything to guide starters through that Amazon maze. You talk to friendly persons... not to a chatbot.

When this app works, it works well to do the things we need.
But the app frequently fails to automatically sync orders from Amazon to Shopify, requiring manual attention and intervention.
Support is usually responsive in writing back to say that an issue will be looked into, but this particular issue has been ongoing for months without resolution. Other reviews confirm that this issue is not limited to our account.
Another tip: during setup, watch that you don't accidentally allow the app to overwrite all of your existing Amazon listings. This happened to us, and we are still correcting product details.

I've been using the app for more than a year. Harvey helped me with the initial installation and has again been available to help me troubleshoot a change from FBA to FBM. The app is not always intuitive to me, but the team has worked hard to make it work for me.
