Sadly this product is junk. Tried to sync orders and there's no way to select the Amazon products for which sales should sync to Shopify. Confusing and doesn't work. Save your time and skip this one.

I would rate this app higher but it is largely misleading. You're given a free trial, but the free trial is used up before you can use the app. I was chargers over $40.00 before I could even sync my store to Amazon. Once I synced my store my products would not sync. It isn't a free trial if it takes 2 weeks to be approved to sell on the app.

Please note that your Amazon account must be fully active before using the app.
You won't be able to connect if you are still waiting for approval from Amazon.

Also, I see that after the trial period, you were on our free plan, and there has been no charge from us at all. As a third-party Shopify app, we do not cover Amazon subscription fees incurred.

Once your Professional Amazon account is fully active, we will be glad to assist you with the integration. We give free live onboarding sessions. You can definitely contact us to schedule a call.

Je recommande, de plus parce que l'application est gratuite et que l'on paye que quand on vends !

The app's hard to use, but it gets easier over time if you're okay with tech (if you're not, choose something simpler). The main issue is that the product syncing to Amazon has been broken for 2 weeks straight now. While trying to contact customer support there has been no response from them on when the app will be fixed or anything else to let customers know that the app will be usable. Would not recommend using this app unless you enjoy being kept in the dark with unreliable customer support.

Worse app. Does not exclude collections which I dont want to export to Amazon. Rules or no rules it shows the same number of products. I contacted support team and it seems dead people out there.
And now when I checked in payment section then it sows $79 despite of the fact I choose free trial and this is the 3rd day. Pure scammers!!!!

When downloading the app, you have the option of choosing which collections to sync under Workflow > Collections.
The app is fully configurable and able to exclude products from syncing to Amazon. I would be happy to give you a call and go over the configuration with you. We do online onboarding sessions for you, to make sure you fully use all the features of the app and that they are all activated on your account. With regards to the charges, it seems to be a fee related to your Amazon Seller Account please contact us so we can have further clarification.

Our online Shopify Store was unable to connect to our Amazon Seller Central- There must be an glitch between shopify and Amazon. We try reaching out to both Shopify and Amazon with no return calls or emails assistance. So we are deleting this app and removing from our 14 day free Trial that we just started yesterday. 12/11/2022

Great app for listing Shopify's products on all Amazon marketplaces.
The app might seem a bit complicated to newbies at first, but hey, Amazon is complicated with all its defaults. But if you deal with it a little, you also understand the clear logic behind it. The idea with the models and rules is awesome and makes listing super easy.
Had previously worked with an app from the competition, but it was nowhere near as comfortable.
The support is great too. Keterson and Olivier do a great job helping out with any problem.

After I was initially enthusiastic, frustration always arises.
There have been many problems in recent months, which could also be due to the new specifications from Amazon. After everything was running reasonably well again, two months ago I had a total meltdown: all the matching groups suddenly disappeared and there was no help from support, no backup! So I was forced to recreate all matching groups :-( I can't imagine I was the only one with this problem either.
Well, because of all the hassle, I'll take off 2 stars for now

I installed Amazon integration plus to connect my Shopify store to my Amazon , at first it looked complicated but after a one- on- one training I got from Keterson , It was quite easy to understand it and work with it , the App is excellent and connects the the Shopify inventory to Amazon while adjusting and filling up all the necessary fields on Amazon in order to support the requirements from Amazon’s side . The support I got from Keterson was awesome, he gave me an excellent on boarding training and afterwards kept in touch and helped in solving some issues that I encountered. In General i recommend this app for anyone who wants to have a simple way to export their Shopify to Amazon - since Amazon’s requirements are complicated and the listing process on Amazon is somewhat frustrating , the close support I from Keterson had gave me the ability to list on Amazon fast and almost without errors - thank you Keterson !

This app is what we've been looking for, for months!
We have a huge catalog of products and we wanted to import all of the products as fast as possible. The support is very, very helpful in explaining some of the app features and in answering some of the questions regarding certain things. Difficult to use. Excessive settings. Poor Design. Slow Customer service. Definitely not proving to be of any value. Cost are rising and this app just makes it more difficult and expensive. I have hundreds of Items I have tried to sync and have 12 items listed. Those are only there because I had to Talk to Amazon directly. I am very disappointed...

This is an update to my previous review. I have been using this APP for several months now and must say that this App is the best I have seen. On top of that the team's support is Amazing. They become part of your team. We considered and tested several Apps to integrate our store with Amazon. This was by far the best App. It has a lot of functions to map and manage how your products are published. It also does a great job with orders and inventory management. Ein echt guter und schneller Support. Es wurde sehr gut auf mein Problem reagiert. Da ich für die Anbindung an Amazon meinen Amazon Account von Einzelverkäufer auf Premium hätte ändern müssen und das für mich derzeit aber nicht in Frage kommt, wollte ich mein Abo bei Amazon Integration Plus kündigen. Das wurde direkt angenommen und es fielen keinerlei Kosten an. Gerne komme ich wieder zurück sobald ich mit Amazon Premium Shop verkaufen werde.

The real difference here is the customer support team. All of our technical questions were resolved in a timely manner and most importantly they were resolved the first time. Amazon is difficult to understand and I don't think we could have launched without this app and team.

Amazon Integration Plus app creates a harmonious flow connection between our store and our Amazon seller account. It's very remarkable how easily our products are being listed just by following the integration process. The app interface is very straightforward and very flexible to our needs. After trying a few different Amazon Integration Apps we tried Amazon Integration Plus, and immediately noticed that it was more organised and easier to use. When it came time to request support to configure everything the Support Call was great (thankyou Keterson) and we are now able to list products on Amazon easily and automatically! Configuring the App was explained well (and for me this was needed) and I am confident that this will meet our needs and be a great tool for our Business going forwards.

I have been really struggling to list our MissBliss.UK clothing products on Amazon, and tried all sorts, including direct Amazon bulk imports, Manually creating the listings, trying other apps as well.
This is the ONLY app that worked for me, despite my dress products being 'simple' to list. The app is very powerful, and allows all sorts of mappings and rules to be setup. it caters for multiple countries to be setup as well. However the best thing has to be the support. Their guy Keterson gave me one-2-one call and made sure i had everything correct, as well as show me in great detail all the other things i could do. Trust me, I have tried many apps, and the level of support varies. Amazon Integration Plus support has far exceeded my expectations and provided an enormous amount of guidance. Brilliant!!

I used this app to push part of my catalog on Amazon and sync inventory rules and have a not so obvious set-up in terms of SKU mapping. After a few calls to the support that took the time to understand my needs, guess what?? it works fine! I was sceptical in the beggining as Amazon has strict guidelines but finally found an app that avoids me the headache. I recommend you give it a real try it's all worth it in the end.
