I was really looking forward to using this with my Shopify store but all i get is error messages, tried to validate a different card but then couldn't assign all the market places in one go and they charged me for the privilege of trying to do so each time. added products but can't complete as the old card isn't validated even though the new one is!! road block after road block for trying to set something up that should be simple. I understand the checks but it doesn't help when nothing works on the mobile app or through Shopify!!!

It was a little difficult at first, but not on the integration app side. The integration app works great! I think on the Amazon side, they don't communicate clearly attribute criteria for all categories. For example, we had a group of items we were trying to upload to our Amazon store and Amazon was blocking the request because we were missing attributes that Amazon had not listed, so items were stuck between Integration and the Amazon marketplace. Tech support was incredibly kind and patient, however helpless because according to his records, we had all the information we needed included in our item attributes. Amazon tech support was horrible and were of no help; almost treated me like an invalid for even attempting to integrate our Shopify store into our Amazon store. I finally figured out on my own through 3 weeks of troubleshooting, I had to manually upload our items then tell the integration app to resubmit as an update to the said items to get Amazon to accept them and for integration to sync. Definitely NOT Integration Plus' problem. Your app has worked amazing and done everything we need it to do. Amazon needs to get up to speed, though. If anyone else has a similar issue with product not syncing/uploading to Amazon, that's how you fix it!

I've only just installed the App . . . so far looks like it will solve my integration issues perfectly. Support was great - Harvey answered all of my questions and concerns and will be back to me with an update. Fingers crossed it will work forever.

In the beginning the app was a bit overwhelming and it still is. Thanks to the great onboarding help, everything is now up and running and I'm happy and satisfied for now. I will certainly take another look at all the functionalities in detail and then contact support again if necessary.

Wow, this app is a LIFE SAVER! We have really low shipping rates on Shopify that beat Amazon so shipping Amazon orders from Shopify saves us so much money! This app does it for you. It was seamless set-up and when I needed help Harvey helped in a snap! The other feature I love is you can set rules, for example I can mark-up my products sold from my store on Amazon by a certain % to help cover cost of Amazon fees and shipping. Brilliant!

Very nice app and using it now for a long time, didn't got any problems, very easy way to export products to amazon and sell and the support team is also helpful.
