CS Amazon Product Sync

I had a great experience with CS Amazon Sync, and I want to give a special thanks to Harvey for his outstanding support. He provided clear and detailed explanations, making the process easy to understand. Even though I had a lot of questions, he patiently answered each one step by step, ensuring that I fully understood everything. When I first installed this app it was amazing. Everything was easy to understand and support was so helpful and walked me through how to set up matching groups and models. Unfortunately, over the past few months the app has become glitchy and doesn't work properly. Every time I reached out to support with a new issue they said they would look into it and get back to me...then nothing. Now, this app has removed all of the models I spent an enormous amount of time creating and support told me some changes were made but they would help rebuild them. They didn't help or respond after that so I have to remove them and warn others. Best Amazon importing app at the beginning. Please let me know if these issues ever get resolved. Thanks

This app sent a cancelled order to Amazon for fulfillment after I downloaded the trial. The app never worked to set Shopify products fulfilling at Amazon with a new location or stock quantities. Customer service was very slow to respond and not helpful.

Great app experience. Especially with customer service setup. They were readily available to step me through how to get my inventory connected to Amazon and help me troubleshoot.
